1. Nature of the Service

Unfreek is a curated, public feed of short video recordings showcasing genuine positive deeds. The Service does not host, store, or stream any video files; all video content is indexed via YouTube links and rendered strictly via the official YouTube IFrame Embed player.

Core Operational Rule: Activity is recorded permanently, and the operator makes no commitment to any distribution. (Aktywność jest rejestrowana trwale, operator nie zobowiązuje się do żadnej dystrybucji). Kindness Score is an immutable activity log and conveys no financial value or claims.

2. What Qualifies

Every submission is evaluated against this strict criterion:

“A single, concrete act by one person toward another person or an animal, visible on camera. No fundraising or calls for donations. No promotional or sponsored material. Nothing where the help is a pretext for a joke at the expense of the person being helped.”

3. Identity & Security

No emails or passwords. Identity is established solely via EVM wallet signature (SIWE). The operator reserves the right to block addresses involved in abuse or automated manipulation.

4. Moderation, Reports & Takedowns

Submissions undergo automated AI review followed by community report routing. Copyright takedown requests and unlawful content notices should be sent to legal@unfreek.ink. Valid notices are processed immediately via the administrative console.
