1. Data Controller
The data controller is Unfreek Operator. For any privacy requests or inquiries, contact us at: privacy@unfreek.ink.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Wallet Address: Pseudonymous EVM public address (0x...) used for SIWE authentication and activity attribution.
- Cryptographic IP Hashes: Raw IP addresses are NEVER stored. Irreversible salted SHA-256 hashes are used strictly for anti-abuse rate limits.
- Playback Error Logs: Anonymous session-level error codes from YouTube player.
3. Retention Schedules
IP registration hashes and playback error logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Server access logs and system journal logs rotate with a maximum 14-day lifespan.
4. GDPR Rights & Anonymization
Because the Service has no traditional user accounts or email logins, data subject rights (GDPR Articles 15–22) are exercised via signed message verification:
1. Send a cryptographically signed request from your wallet to privacy@unfreek.ink.
2. The operator will manually anonymize your address across platform tables (addresses, materials, events) to a dead address within 30 days.
5. Zero Tracking Cookies
We place no tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or marketing beacons. Guest viewers have zero cookies set.
